Welcome to BFMeter. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

BFMeter is a personal relationship tracking application that allows you to record daily moods, events, and reflections. The App also offers an optional AI-powered analysis feature to help you gain insights into your relationship patterns.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you enter into the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any passcode you set within the App.

3. AI Analysis Feature

The AI analysis feature is provided "as is" for informational and self-reflection purposes only. AI-generated insights are not professional advice. They should not be used as a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or relationship advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

BFMeter offers a free trial period for the AI analysis feature. After the trial period, continued access to the AI analysis feature requires an in-app purchase.

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within BFMeter are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or decisions made based on AI analysis results.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the AI analysis service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Age Requirement

BFMeter is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
