BFMeter ("we", "our", or "the App") is a relationship tracking and self-reflection tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Data You Provide: Relationship names, daily mood records, event descriptions, tags, action plans, and notes you enter into the App.
Device Information: We generate a random device identifier stored locally on your device for the purpose of identifying your device when using our AI analysis feature. We do not collect your real device ID, IMEI, or any hardware identifiers.
No Account Required: BFMeter does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
All relationship data (moods, events, tags, action plans) is stored locally on your device using Core Data. We do not store your relationship records on our servers after the AI analysis is complete.
Your passcode is stored securely in the iOS Keychain and never leaves your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your relationship data is sent to our server only when you explicitly request an AI analysis, and it is used solely for generating the analysis result.
The AI analysis feature uses third-party AI providers to generate insights. When you use this feature, anonymized relationship data is sent to our backend server, which forwards it to an AI provider. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
BFMeter offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple.
BFMeter is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. No server-side data persists after AI analysis processing is complete.
We use HTTPS encryption for all network communications. Your local data is protected by your device passcode and the App's optional passcode lock feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
